John F. Finn is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Gardner, Inc., a supply chain management company. He has served in this position since 1974.
Mr. Finn was a lead director at Cardinal Health for 21 years and is now retired from the Cardinal Health board. He is a trustee on the board of JP Morgan Mutual Funds and a director of Greif, Inc. He also serves on the board of The Columbus Association for the Performing Arts (CAPA). In the past, Mr. Finn has served on the boards of The Crane Group, Fisher College of Business, The Columbus Academy, Columbus School for Girls, The Johns Company, Saint Ann’s Hospital, Mount Carmel Hospital, St. Charles Preparatory, and I Know I Can – a college access program for inner-city youth.
Mr. Finn received a BA in economics from The Ohio State University and an MBA in finance from Harvard Business School.
Ted Finn is President of the Gardner family of companies which includes, Gardner, Inc, Gardner-Connell, Gardner of Florida, and General Power, and Servantage Dixie Sales US and Canada. He has served in this position since 2008 and represents the third generation of the Finn family to own and operate the Gardner family of companies. Ted serves on the boards of CAPA and OPEESA.
Ted graduated from Kenyon College with a degree in Economics in 1999 and an MBA from Dartmouth College in 2006.
Don Thornton is Vice President and General Manager of Gardner, Inc. headquartered in Columbus, OH. He has served in this position since 1990 and is responsible for territories in the midwest region. His combined focus on Sales & Marketing, Business Development, and Operations has contributed significantly to the company’s growth during his tenure.
Mark Long is Vice President and General Manager of Gardner of Florida, headquartered in Jacksonville, FL. He has served in this position since 2008 and is responsible for the Southeast including FL, GA, AL, TN, SC and NC. Mark worked as Sales Manager at the Columbus, OH location prior to taking on his role with Gardner of Florida. Mark’s continued focus on streamlining operations, development of new business, and addition of new product lines has allowed for continued growth during his tenure.
Mark graduated from the University of Northwestern Ohio in 1980.
Alan Rondina is President of Gardner-Connell, head quartered in Franklin, MA. He has served in this position since 1985. He is responsible for territories in the New England area. Alan came to the company through the acquisition of WJ Connell which was subsequently became Gardner-Connell.
Alan graduated from Newton North in 1968.
