I began my journey with Gardner in March of 2022 as a Seasonal Customer Service Representative. Just a few months later, in June, I was thrilled to be offered a permanent position as a Full-time Customer Service Representative. By November of that same year, I was promoted to Operational Training Support.  This role that has allowed me to grow both personally and professionally.
