My career at Gardner began in 2019 when I joined as a Seasonal Pick/Pack associate. I showed up ready to learn, and within my first year, I moved into an Equipment Operator role, gaining valuable hands-on experience with warehouse operations and the Gardner business.

Before long, I stepped into the Warehouse Lead position, where I enjoyed helping my team grow and finding ways to improve operations. A few years later, I transitioned to a Training Specialist and Quality Control role, which gave me the chance to support associates and share what I learned along the way.

When Gardner implemented a new ERP system, I was excited to take on a bigger challenge. I helped lead testing and process development across several warehouse locations. Following a successful launch, I was promoted to Operations Systems Support Supervisor.

In just five years, Gardner has provided opportunities for growth, learning, and increased responsibility. What I like the most about working here is the company’s support and commitment to development.

I began my journey with Gardner in March of 2022 as a Seasonal Customer Service Representative. Just a few months later, in June, I was thrilled to be offered a permanent position as a Full-time Customer Service Representative. By November of that same year, I was promoted to Operational Training Support.  This role that has allowed me to grow both personally and professionally.
